Common questions
Before you call
- How long can I stay?
- A few nights, several weeks or longer. Minimum stays vary by property and are listed on each property page. For anything beyond a month, call us and we will quote against the dates.
- Can I extend once I have arrived?
- Yes. Call us and we will check availability and add the extra nights to your existing booking, rather than asking you to book again from scratch.
- Do you take bookings for teams?
- Yes, for individuals and for larger groups. Where we do not hold a suitable property ourselves we will source one, and we will tell you which is which.
- Who do I contact during my stay?
- Blue Short Lets, on 07402 282170, at any hour. Please contact us directly rather than the property owner, including for anything that needs fixing.
- Where are your properties?
- Most are in Dundee, where our team is based. We also operate across Scotland and England, and we arrange accommodation in towns where we do not hold stock ourselves.
- What is included in a property?
- Each property page lists its bedrooms, sleeping capacity, parking, kitchen, laundry and access in full, so you can check before enquiring. If something you need is not listed, ask us.
