What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website we collect your name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, the dates and location you are asking about, the number of people staying, and anything you write in the message field.

Why we collect it

We use it to answer your enquiry and, if you go on to book, to arrange and manage your stay. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell it to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for twelve months. Booking records are kept for six years, which is the period we are required to keep financial records for.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email blueshortlets@hotmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not use third-party analytics. Where a booking widget is embedded on a property page it is served by our booking provider, and that provider may set cookies necessary for the booking to work.

Full booking terms, including payment, deposits, house rules and the cancellation policy, are provided in writing when a booking is confirmed. If you would like to read them before enquiring, call 07402 282170 or email blueshortlets@hotmail.com and we will send them to you.
